Cancellation Policy

[For course reservations] From 5:00 p.m. on the day before your visit, 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged.
[If reserving a seat only] From 3:00 p.m. on the day of your visit, a fee of 4,000 yen (per person) will be charged.
Please contact us before the deadline for cancellations or changes.
